You guys are being retards, a device only pulls what it needs. The power supply doesn't "push" electricity, the device "pulls" it.

That's why you can only get shocked if you're grounded (baring extreme situations like a high voltage powerline)

Look at it this way, do you get shocked if you touch a usb c connector? No? Why not? Because nothing is drawing power. Fast chargers/laptop chargers aren't blindly sending out 100W at 4 amps. You'd get shocked just by touching the tip if they did.
