I don't see you contributing. Anyway, I made a quick Civ II edit for OP so he can bully a tranny.

It replaces the Roman leaders with Hierocles and Elagabalus, and defaults to the "female" leader. Under despotism, they begin as Charioteer and Mistress, respectively; then Caesar and Augusta under monarchy.
