While not as infamous as Shaq-Fu, it does have that mockbuster title going for it.

Supposedly it's a localization of Ranma 1/2: Chounai Gekitou Hen. Which looks equally as bad, but somehow the animu artstyle helps it go down easier.

Street Combat for the SNES. I don't know if the Ranma 1/2 game this was based on is any good, but what we got in the US is worse than Shaq-Fu and Rise of the Robots. At least those two games looked pretty.
