I started dabbling in statscreen and I barely understand anything and there are no resources on it... What I have done is subsuming kills+arrests under "judgments" and replacing items with "evidence" - you won't be able to pick up items apart from evidence to be collected (mainly because I won't place items in the level). What I should put instead of Secrets, however, I don't know, especially since I still don*t know how to connect a certain count to the statscreen. Just removing isn't really an option, just having two categories looks dumb imo. I thought about something like "expenses" for used bullets or damaged armor or something.

I made a shitty ahdncuff sprite for implementing arrests. You can either kill or arrest perps (after you have intimidated them, and at the moment it's fully cosmetical). Currently I have to work with a horrible hack to kill everyone at the end of the level so they can appear in the tally.

And a problem I am having right now is that I don't know where to overrice the "nerverswitchonpickup" setting, because I don't want it BUT I also don't want the player to be able to change it. I thought of manipulating the CVAR at runtime, but I don't know where I would do that best (PostBeginPlay? no fucking idea) and I don't really want to change the whole menu.

Tell me what you think about the statscreen and the cuffs.
