Interesting I played it down here in Florida. I remember loving the flamethrower in this game. I forgot it was a "tv show" format where you the player are in a kill game, like The running man.

One and done studio.

Obvious Bud Light drinker has no concept of a good gameplay loop.

On one hand there is the aspect of primitive technology and less centralized equipment and training available for game development in decades past which resulted in some great wonders and 1000x more unplayable garbage,. this is not limited to the modern era (think NES days), there have been times in vidya history where trash games have been prolific in all markets. now that technology and software have become more centralized and accessible and vidya demographics have expanded you end up with about as much or more trash but even the shitty games have deceptive rigging and apparent trappings of a good game; many such cases lately from AAA developers aplenty

On the other hand you have the creative spirit of vidya developers being crushed, homogenized, politically/culturally audited with intensity not seen since the days of puritan republicans and the ESRB in all its terrible might and the general standard for originality has depreciated linearly with the wit of the average consumer and in line with the business model that most developers have placed above their artistic motivations
