I am downloading the content of the /idgames torrent as we speak. I have 7.5GB downloaded so far (link in the OP, for those who don't know already)

I don't like Quake 3, to me it was a disgrace that marked the end of the glory that were id FPS games. Don't get me wrong, it's a fantastic multiplayer game with high skill ceiling but that wasn't what those shooters were about. As a Doom and Quake fan I was let down by Quake 3 because I saw my favorite shooters just pander to the tourneyfags and leave us doomers out in the cold without any hordes of hell to slay.

Q3 would have been amazing if it had singleplayer.

While I agree with you about the PS dpads, you haven't seen the true horror that is the GP2X F200 dpad.
