I bring this up because I joined at one point a week or so ago and thought the /vr/ skin pack wasn't added to the server, it had turned out my skin got reset when I switched over to Zandy 3.1
I can't imagine someone actually disliking the /vr/ skin pack though.

Oh yeah I hear all kinds of peripherals just work on Linux distros. It's one of the reasons why I plan on making the switch in the near future.

I should probably specify that the Xboner controller I was trying to get to work with my Windows 7 PC was that Hori Fighting Commander Octa. I grabbed the necessary drivers for Xboner controllers and didn't have any luck. Shit sucks. Or maybe I was stupid.

You're gonna need armor at the very least. Really I think the best way to do a run like this would be a scavenger run: Never reload anything you find, pick it up, use it til its empty and then discard it. I've been doing that in general and it's helped my gameplay.
I was too married to the idea of only using what I bring in my loadouts, turns out that's a really fucking stupid idea because Vulcs eat most monsters for breakfast.

Time for a stupid question: I've retooled the sword now where it only strikes once per swing. I've made the actual attack a custombullet instead of a custompunch that way it doesn't have that annoying view yank.

Now here comes the stupid question: The sword's bulletpuff goes clang against walls, complete that sound and animation.

But for some reason it DOESN'T go clang against non-bleeding actors like barrels, and the subweapon chest. But it still plays the clang animation, just no sound. What the hell did I just break?

come to think of it, it's been funny in the past versions too, it makes the traditional slash sound effect as if you strike
