The game runs incredibly fast, the sound is glitchy, and it's only mildly playable because it's pure turn based.

>W10 64 bit
>I5 quad core
>16gb RAM
>GTX 1050 ti
>loading from HDD

and yes I am a proud PS1 & tactics hardware owner.
