Just had my first go round with a CRT Rejuvenator belonging to a guy I know. Pic Related. It basically burns crap off the guns. We ran it over three arcade monitors, one of which I've had a chance to test.

The tube in question was from 1983, and normally took a full 10 minutes to warm up and come into sharp focus. It's brightness and sharpness were ok though. After some slight rejuv on the mildest settings it's a little brighter, a little sharper, both noticeable, but it now comes into focus like it's brand new. Surprising.

The second tube was in terrible condition, shocking geometry, bad colours, pretty dim. I'll report back when i've tried that one, but it might take a while.

Third tube i was picking up from him, so i have no basis for comparison.

I'd love to hear what these things can do for a PVM or similar high-end tube. He had a manual that was in two parts, one of which was basically a huge list of tubes. If mine from 1983 were in there, surely the PVMs are.
