I've setup many things, an old SGI o2 computer, Raspberry pi setup, Nvidia jetson nano setup, and this was by far the easiest to install. The install portion of it takes literally 20 seconds or less. Once installed and you got wireless setup and smb + ftp enabled, its literally drag and drop.

That's what makes the mister so much better, fuck box arts lol. you are gonna be playing the game for fuck sakes anyways. it also speeds things up, i wanna jump from nes to turbografx 16 in an instant. the most i have installed is update_all and mister wallpapers which shuffles a list of wallpapers already downloaded everytime i soft reboot. shit is tight.

not gonna lie, im far from a "retro gamer", im not like people here who spend hours and hours a day playing retro games, but it does make doing all that so much simpler. its already a fucking hassle to play these old games, why not play on a mister which gets you from point a to b effortlessly instead of exiting, loading, i can be playing anything and can instantly jump around to anything, which is really cool.

to me its all about the sound though. this is something people dont realize how much better of an experience you get. the sound ive been hearing in the past has been a lie.
