I still find it funny that the era of pre-rendered game graphics started because a bunch of right cunts living in a barn decided Terminator 2 was such a cool movie that they just had to buy the gorillion dollar supercomputers that made the movie's special effects.

You know one thing that always bothered me about 2D platformers? What's the point of having to hold a button to run, if you spend 98% of the game running? The amount of times you need to not run can probably be counted on both hands per game. You might as well have holding the button make you walk instead.

And yes, I'm a bit salty because such constant holding triggers my carpal tunnel now, but that's beside the point.
