I've had three Spanish sets with that tube (A34JBU10X). The picture quality is absolutely stunning. See pic.
However, all of mine had/have SCART. I didn't even know there was a version without it.
Even if it's a multisystem set, the lack of RGB would be a major letdown for me.
€15 is what I paid for the one I'm currently rocking (KV-M14E). It's a good price if it's working fine and you're willing to live without RGB. But be prepared to crack it open and adjust some pots, the geometry in all of these has shifted with time.
