Honestly I think Wolfenstein as a whole has some of the best enemies in a FPS.
Yes it's nazis and they're overused but here they actually have charisma and personality. Even Wolf3D ones.
The designs, the several types of soldiers. Most games are like "uhhh nazi.....zombies and slightly technologically advanced nazis, yea".
Especially in the latest games where they're hilarious.
