Yeah, people like to say he's a Frazetta clone with more boobies and crudeness instead of epic barbarians holding nude ladies because of the similar rendering style, but it's the combination of that rendering with his stylized bodies- big ol' tits and thighs, ripped arms, thin waists (and sometimes thicker ones), and gratuitous hyperviolence with ridiculous oversized weapons that really elevates it for me. I'm a simple man and I like boobs and explosions and improbably skimpy and uncomfortable outfits, whether that be Hunter with a lightning gun or the Fistful of Blood chick with a pair of six shooters (the original, not the censored reprint).
