It seems that 2 secrets are not possible to get except if you cheat. I'm seeing these two secret sectors in a window, but I didn't find any way to lower it.

As sidenote, I never figured out how to get on the bridge secret. How do you do that? Looked around the bookshelves, didn't find any switches.
