I can deal with Shalrath, just get way behind cover when they're about to throw, I think the Shambler surprises and all the Demons is much tougher.
Oh yeah, and the Spawn is actually pretty mean (but then, he always was).

Romero says it is, Adrian says it's not. Personally I figure it's some kind of seal or walrus-like skin with a thin and fine coat of fur, which at a glance may look like bare skin.
