Violent Rumble update - Centurions and Shadows

Ported Centurions from Rubicon 2:
>have all the nail options that Enforcers do, but none of the other weapons yet
>Progs Dump stuff implemented but not tested

Ring of Shadows changes:
>enemies will lose awareness of the player upon picking up the ring
>they will regain awareness if the player attacks
>awareness will be lost again after a short time, but faster if the enemy is further away
>new 'stealthdetect' key on monsters that acts as a multiplier for how long awareness is retained
>can be set to -1 to make them never lose awareness

misc:
>monster evasiveness now only triggers if inside the player's cone of vision when attacking
>monster retreat now stops after firing distance and requires line of sight for firing
>monsters set to roam now pick a random point to try walking towards instead of meandering in the direction of the world origin (a lot of those ancient QuakeC tutorials I followed were pretty dumb in retrospect)
>new roamdist field that limits how far monster roaming points can be from where they spawned
>new roamtime field that determines how long until a roaming monster switches direction (default 10 seconds)
