I don't see moire unless it's zoomed out, I don't see scanlines because the Apple monitors were optimized for 240p, not 480i, and thus have a wider electron beam. The phosphors are large, which I believe is what you really have issue with here. It looks kind of 'grainy'. However, compared to color composite on it, the lines are sharp.
