What should my first mainline FF playthrough be? I played some of IX when I was a kid and liked it. But I'm not sure if I should play VI, VII, or IX. Someone also said IV and V are worth playing. Any advice?

Sounds like a fad though.

Mate of mine was massively into telescopes a while back. Joined the local astronomy club and dropped like 3 grand on some Cassegrain monster and high end eyepieces. Even got a liquid cooled DSLR and guided equatorial (I think?) mount for deep sky photography. Then after a few months he totally lost interest and got heavily into vaping. He now sports a bushy beard and wears a Trilby.

It's a slippery slope.

After the V2 they thought they were unstoppable, quit licensing their chipsets and got royally buttfucked. Shame really as the V3 was actually a great chipset.

Finally got my everdrive boys. My board got switched on accident, instead of a everdrive md, I got a mega everdrive board in the everdrive md(free 60$ in my pocket I guess). Thanks Krikzz.

This thing is the perfect balance between not wanting to emulate and not wanting to spend money on game libraries. You guys sometimes give the best advice. Would recommend everdrive to anyone who doesn't want to pay a lot for games but doesn't want to emulate either.
