No it fucking doesn't. The Slayer suit is fairly detailed, maybe slightly more than necessary, but it's not hopelessly cluttered and covered in pouches and gadgets all over, it's consistent and easy to read visually, your eyes don't stray all over the thing.

You really are completely goddamn dishonest if you think that it's equatable to any of the worst designs of Youngblood or other excesses of Rob Liefeld, it looks quite restrained next to them.
