Eh, those two are taken from megaman wikia waifu2x'd, because ever since google started sucking up Pinterest's dick everything went to hell, 90% of good high quality results are gone now.

I am pretty sure i could find these in that Megaman Artbook released in the early 2010s and released by Udon later, if i could still find good quality scans that is, i mean, there is a fucktoon of good stuff that hasn't been rescan in good resolution, like these hard-page books.
