It's been a while since I've seen one of these threads. I used to love these things, and when stuff like tamagotchi and digimon came out, those fascinated me as well. Digimon eventually got a really terrible Sonic-esque community with the cartoon and some of the console and handheld games, but the 20th anniversary stuff that's come out has been pretty cool, so at least on the vpet side those are still cool.

But! I'd love to hear which games you guys played and liked. I feel the Zelda G&W is a given, that game had pretty good design in giving the player some decision on how to move through the maps and the 2nd screen with the boss fight.
