Just use SCART and run a SCART to BNC from the switcher.

Not worth getting a Crosspoint unless you're running outputs to multiple displays. Just get a Bandridge SCART switcher and adaptor cable I mentioned above. Audio output from this cable can be run to a separate amplifier and decent speakers.
