You'll have to finagle with Slade. It's pretty simple. Slade is like pakexplorer, it lets you open .wads, .pk3s; files that have to do with Doom. Once you've opened Brutal Doom, navigate to where the chaingunner sprites are stored. You can see the path and everything here in pic related. Extract all the graphics related to the chaingunner (named Commando in BD's files), and then use Slade to open whatever wad you want, and replace those chaingunner graphics with these. I'm pretty layman at this, but the way I've done it with other files is making a note of what the filenames are for the originals, and then renaming the new ones I intend to replace them with with those exact names. What I mean is, when you replace the vanilla chaingunner, it probably won't be called MPOSF1, but you'll have to rename it to whatever equivalent is there.
