Its almost why on any popular game there will be a large divide between any% and actual categories.
Often for a lot of games there will be entry level categories like any% NG+, which might mean it has so little content it dies off. Or a extreme between any% and All Bosses, or even any% vs any% glitch less.

Sometimes you even have runs where once new skips are discovered, any% falls out of favor because its too skip heavy.
People might run OoT any%, but its too short and has too little content.
