idk why but this hit me in the feels for some reason. Did I live and die by this his mods? No. maybe being sick AF and heavily medicated is effecting me but some of the dude's work actually inspired this pretty big project I've been slowly working towards. Idk, the internet gets smaller everyday and little drops can make big ripples.

I only just today discovered pic related. Templars, sentinels, "hell tech". Not sure but it seems like Eternal might have gotten a few Ideas from this mod.

I don't know what this "impie" character did for a living. but as you pointed out the dude had a lot of passion and talent. The point i'm trying to make is him being deleted may well have damaged potential career opportunities.

Would an "industry" person pluck his work out and say "hey you've been working 20 years for free how about come help us out" Who knows. In this time of official ports, sanctioned mods, the "BoOmER sHooTer" hype, Brutal Fate I guess anything is possible. IMO He's getting fucked, part of me wishes he could sue them potential damages but thats unrealistic and would be a disastrous precedent.

Doom, modders, artists, mappers, coders independent creators. it's much bigger than them. These people with veritable keys to the kingdom just seem to be straight up mentally unstable.
