Keep your bulk below 1200. You can do action hero shit just fine anywhere below that, you just have to use jumping more than sprinting and maybe slam stims for more comfort at the upper limit. That's a fairly dated webm though, movement physics were different then. That specific trick isn't particularly usable now since the ZM cooks off at 2100 RPM.
