>It would still be well within the 250-400 nit statement that you challenged.
I didn't? Are you just shitposting now because you got fucked in the ass for being a retard?

Nobody, including myself, ever said 250 isn't feasible, just that *most* CRTs don't even do half of 400 and that's correct.
Remember that most is also more than average and I'd say that the average CRT can't even get close to that.

>most CRT-s can't even do 400 nits lol, TV or not

>You're absolutely delusional if you think that most CRTs do even half of that.
>Turn your contrast and brightness up, open a white image full screen and measure your brightness in nits. Post reaction.

>The _average_ CRT _monitor_ was 80-120 nits, but Samsung MagicBright and Mitsubishi SuperBrights could do even 300 nits

I'm starting to think you're either dumb or just a projecting zoomer yourself, you're acting like none of the people who challenge your dumb posts haven't dealt with monitors themselves for decades.

>tfw running PCSX2 in software rendering mode at a native resolution/refresh rate on a VGA CRT behind a PC using a DS4
It looks and feels absolutely amazing
