They made the scene of getting the L-2 really lame, so no. Though having extra buttons for equipment and dedicated buttons for the sword, boots, bracelet, and shield are nice.

Looking forward to playing MM again, I liked some of the shit added in the OoT port like extra buttons for items and making dropped rupees look the same as the ones you get from chests. Not looking forward to the months of slapfighting and discord screencap posts here.

I couldn't think of anything else interesting that could happen when you pair the boomerang with the bow, a boomerang arrow is too obvious and kinda boring all things considered. I thought about a rope arrow to yank enemies in but that's kinda fiddly in the doom engine.

There's a stepladder in Zelda 1, and Lt. Typhon showed an easy way to implement a climbable actor, so I put two and two together for this idea. If you don't wanna use it to sequence break I'm gonna try to make it so if you shoot a monster with it, it forms a cage made out of ladders to trap them.

TL;DR it's me doing a weird asspull.

Hey guys, I've been thinking, my original idea for my Zelda weapon pack is to replace the Berserk Pack with the Magical shield, allowing you to reflect projectiles for the duration of the map you're in, but I feel that's kinda bland.

Can you guys think of an interesting mechanic that'd work within the Zelda universe? I don't want it to be a melee attack powerup as I already got something planned for that
