The level design is pretty vexing compared to Durandal and Infinity, all those dark cramped hallways make it a chore to play.
ANd that's saying a lot because Infinity's mazelike level design can be frustrating too, not to mention the the plot which even the writers don't understand anymore.
Even tracking the timeline is difficult.
Personally i prefer Durandal, it's the most balanced of the trilogy
