You mean Shop1230017839 Store, which is the default name any new seller gets when they first start on Aliexpress. A lot of the time scammers won't change it to a proper store name because they don't ever plan on it being a proper store, sometimes like with a recent example, they just haven't decided on their branding yet and are just a small mom and pop couple doing their own thing. This one store I dealt with recently was very communicative and happy to help me when I was interested in buying some of their little Bomberman B-Damon figures. They picked out the ones they thought I would like the best and wrote me a cute little thank you letter. They don't have many sales or reviews yet, but they're all 100% positive. You really just need to spend a second and investigate instead of knee-jerk buying something impulsively upon seeing it.
