I'm assuming you're using DB2 so start with a square room, select 1 side and select curve linedefs tool, use parameters in pic related. You can up the vertice count if you want just know that It'll take more processing power.
To easily align textures, go into visual mode and select a linedef and press "A" that aligns all textures linked to it so as it's the same texture. Note that just pressing "A" only aligns at the x-coordinate, to align at the y-coordinate do "Shift+A" (doesn't align perfectly with a linedef that has lower or upper unpegged parameters checked)
