you can get a used vita under 100 usd on ebay, i recently got a pretty mint looking one for 95 usd with charger and sd card. no scratches on the screen and its a lot more premium than any other chinkheld. You can do PS1/PSP/Vita and there are a shit ton of Android Ports for games like GTA, Bully, Max Payne, etc.

dug out my vita and modded it
between PKGj and the high quality feel, nice clicky d-pad and OLED screen it's got the switch, steam deck and most of these chinksets beat for me
it blows my mind that Sony fumbled this console so hard, legit better than any iteration of the Switch and so many years ahead of the game
