HELP.

I've been assigned to fix this godawful MAME box. I'm gonna be here for a few hours, can any of you help me out? I will gather as much information and take as many pictures as you need.

When a normal LCD monitor is plugged into the computer, everything boots fine and we're taken to the MAME software. Plug in the CRT (with an attached VGA cable) and all you get is this garbled mess.

Apparently the people who worked on it before me purchased a graphics card to work specifically with the CRT but when I plug the VGA cable into it, I get more or less the same deal.

I don't want to just switch to an LCD monitor immediately.... I want to at least give this thing a shot.
