Real advice: do something productive with your life. No one invited you into a thread that you don't even want to be in. ;) I think you'd feel more comfortable on /v/. Or /lgbt/. Or maybe that one board where people cry.

While my favorite Zelda game is LttP, there's something special about the lack of hand holding for the first Zelda game. I remember playing it back when it came out and having to figure everything out myself, or with talking to my friends. This image has always made me feel what the first game was all about.

- Get some bombs and collect enough Rupees to get the candle
- Get at least one heart to get the White Sword
- Collect Rupees between bombing and burning to get the Blue Ring
- Do the dungeons in order til I can get enough hearts for the Master Sword then finish the dungeons
- Red Ring, Silver Arrow, kill Ganon

Its pretty explicit in the first game. The repeatedly refer to it as the Wisdom HALF of the Triforce. It was just a big giant gold triangle at first.

For one, the whole point of Zelda has always been emulating the feeling of being a kid going on an epic quest in the forest near your town. Having a party woukd cut into that.

Also, between the devs hating it and fans disliking it, Nintendo's never going to make a Zelda game like Zelda II ever again.

Blue, red, and green splotches. Same color of the triforces/goddesses. The hole looks like a close up of an ocarina hold. Foreshadowing? Then again, those were all in LttP as well.
