Well, I'm not a tech savvy, so It's hard for me to figure it out, but I'm a fast learner. Making romhacks is easy, I've done it before. I came here to know if things like this are possible these days. I mean, they had to do this back then, and making a small 'factory' with an old friend shouldn't be hard for us; we don't want to make lots of money on this, it's mainly for kicks. There's no such thing as 'Homebrewing for Dummies', and I'm on /vr/ almost every day, so I thought that it's the best place to look for the answers.

Hey /vr/, I'm really interested in trying out Tong-Nou for myself, but I torrented an .img file, and I'm retarded with DOSBox. It's located in C:\dosprogs\tongnou and it's labeled "eastern mind.img". What do?
