/vr/ - Retro Games

Japanese windows ports are so weird sometimes. Also don't know about you guys but I gave up on PCem, runs slow as fuck for me and I tried everything.

I like PCem but I don't find much of an excuse to use it nowadays with dgvoodo and other repacks often available. I could use it for old retro Japanese games. I remember setting up a VM for some of them.

I'm thinking the Windows version might be the easiest to translate but I don't really know anything about computers. Plus the Windows version is pretty wonky looking.

To be honest I think to begin with Tokimeki Memorial is ugly as sin but that just might be me

But yeah I've seen Doukyuusei's PC art it's not all bad, just doesn't come anywhere near the original aesthetic.

Fucking shit up and having it blow up in your face was too damn easy. You have to cycle between all the girls even if you're pursuing one girl, otherwise they might spread bad rumors about and you and fuck things up with the current girl.

I know what you mean, kind of like when I was playing Tokimeki. Takes so long to clear one girl that you don't feel like clearing the rest.

Tokimemo is alright. Some girls are pretty annoying to please and you have to juggle between girls so it doesn't blow up in your face. A bit stressful but not really hard.
