how would an arena shooter featuring all the iconic 90s FPS characters work? like if there is a shotgun pickup does the player get the shotgun of the character they are playing (so duke would get the pump shotgun but if you were caleb you would get the double barrel shotgun) or would it work based on the current map so if you are in black messa everyone just picks up the spas12? same with the powerups, would they be placed around the map or QC style abilities? i guess you could just make it so the server choses how the game is played.
