I like to make spirits. Not entirely sure that counts as life, but I think it's cool. I've got enough soul magic at this point that I can create a sort of spiritual primordial soup that I can seed a world with, and which will then form locuses of personality around features of nature. I'm planning on eating it once I have an Inner World from the Infernals jump, get some spirits in there that aren't just my soul-progeny.

there is no better thing than carefully forging an ak-47 with hammer, anvil, ADAM, and various unique energies discovered while going through the chains.

if you meant more autonomous creatures (although most carefully crafted weapons are quite deadly simply by themselves) one simply scales up such crafting into large bio-mechanical monsters, steel plates laced with carbon nanotubes and incredibly strong muscle fibers and insane twitch speeds.

Of course when lacking time and resources (say when enemies are invading) one kind of heaps together any amount of flesh, metal, circuitry and high energy weaponry into vaguely predatory weapons of desperation and lack of funds.

Yeah, actually. Using a combination of Broodmother from SCP, various genetic engineering perks, and my nature as an NGE angel, I created a race of angels that were actually diverse and intelligent. It was in the Star Wars jump, and they soon became a mighty but peaceful civilization upon the planet's surface. They even formed a symbiotic relationship with the local humanoid populace, working to protect them while the humanoids provided them company and friendship, further strengthening the angels because I gave them perks for being gaining power from friendship and bonds. I left, believing they could take care of themselves

...then the Sith Empire came. The angels managed to repulse their ground invasion, but then the Sith bombarded the planet and...my creations, my children, were exterminated. When I found out, I did not stop until every last ship in that fleet, and every last crew member aboard those ships, were completely obliterated.

Then once you get an Inner World, that MM is so aligned to you that it's naturally part of your Inner World, much like Malfian Brass(which is a MM, though it doesn't have stats to my knowledge) appears naturally in Malfias.

With a time chamber, my AI, and some research assistants we created entities that incorporated all three. Magic, Biology and Technology all formed together, creating this series of super beings that could commit untold atrocities if told to do so. Cloning Valkyrie Profile Humonculi that also have stands? I often use Ensoul to produce magical spirits who embody partitions (such as fire, light, destruction, healing, etc.) of my vast collective magical knowledge and whose primary purpose is to disseminate this knowledge among humanity and all other sapient races.

I do this to use them as unwitting researchers and test subjects so that I can steal and improve upon their innovations later on. So I actively push them towards using the magic that is taught to them for everything that they can, including war and conflict. I'm way better than Scion. All of them totally know what I am and where their magical abilities come from. They possess the magical knowledge and the symbiotic spirit provides the magical energy. Not really creation so much as liberation and repurposing.

Early in the Clone Wars, stole three fully-loaded MTTs from a CIS depot and spend a few weeks upgrading the crew and reprogramming all of the droids. Each MTT is labled Alpha, Bravo, and Charlie, and the droids get names with the first part being their MTT and the second being a number for the infantry or a color for the command crew: Gold for Commander, Blue for Pilot, and Red for Operator. The infantry all get basic command routines, but not much in the way of personalities. The command crews, however, are each given distinct personalities meant to complement each other.

MTT Alpha
Alpha Gold--aggressive and action-oriented, always eager to fight.
Alpha Blue--speed demon, always moves out front. makes constant Top Gun quotes.
Alpha Red--poster child for MOAR DAKKA. always wants a bigger gun. loves loud rock music.

MTT Bravo
Bravo Gold--cautious and rules-oriented, focus on following orders to the letter and keeping troops functioning
Bravo Blue--follows rules of road whenever on them, including stop signs and traffic lights. caught him trying to put turn signals on the MTTs
Bravo Red--obsessed with accuracy, refuses to accept anything less than perfect bullseyes.

MTT Charlie
Charlie Gold--quirky and problem-oriented, role is creative problem-solving. wears a glued-on handlebar mustache and loves karaoke.
Charlie Blue--route planner. tends to find paths that surprise enemies when at all possible. always does duets with Charlie Gold.
Charlie Red--focuses on trick shots and non-standard ordinance. collects unique guns from various Jumps.

>What limitations are there with Death Aspect?
>It's very freeform, though negitive emotions are something.
>"something"
Negative emotions can range anywhere from "I specifically dislike an individual" to "Hatred against targeted minorities" to "Incestuous and possessive thoughts on individuals". Is there supposed to be any guideline at all to this?

>So it gives me an animal or a pack?
>I meant more of an 'apllies to the animal chose', I'll try to clarify.

>What does "Fullbringing" my own soul into shapes actually do?
>Make it so you can move your body dispute things being severed and basically control the shape of your spiritual pressure with great precision.
What does this even mean? What does having a shape of spiritual pressure do?

>So can these things manipulate basically any type of molecular matter?
>No spiritual matter only. I'll clarify.
So blood, mucus and such are spiritual matter in this universe? Does this apply once out of universe?

>Is X-Factor something unique to this Quest or something that we don't know about?
>It is an ability that you have.
What does this ability do?

>What does people seeing the worst in a person's actions have to do with the line before it, or is that what the plot armor reduces them down to?

Is there an individual or a scene that you can refer to so people can get a guideline of what this is supposed to do?

This doesn't have anything to do with the fact they may or may not have have this utter fanaticism for their creator due to my computer perks conjoining correctly. You keep referring to spiritual pressure being what can be manipulated through Guide to Inferno, I don't think you understand what it means. Dante doesn't manipulate spiritual pressure to his stuff. He manipulates his HEART, which is what, for hollows, creates the mask. This metaphorical heart that also leaves the Hollow Hole if it is gone is the mask, is Dante's claymore, he can freely manipulate the spiritual essence of his heart. Not unless you have some kind of bone marrow substitute. Metal bones aren't gonna make blood cells. It would totally negate the metal poisoning though.

>> No.50301914

>>50301821
The adamantium is radioactive, poisonous, and prevents the transfer of developed blood cells(both white and red) in the marrow to the rest of the body effectively negating the marrow's production. Other than this it is also unreasonably heavy. iirc the poisonous nature of the adamantium though is less of an issue than the radioactivity. Either way it also reduces the immune system and would limit the total production of red blood to cause rather bad anemia. The weight itself isn't quite an issue but tied to the anemia it would prevent regular activity.

>> No.50301915

>>50301821
Given that Adamantium is indestructible and as such shouldn't corrode when in a human body I'd assume that when they're talking about heavy metal poisoning they're talking about the body rejecting it like an organ transplant. If that's the case I'm fairly sure that theres a perk somewhere that mitigates complications from adding stuff to your body. However if it is really heavy metal poisoning like drinking stuff with lead in it then I assume that a poison immunity would help/

>> No.50301922

>>50301821
Not really. The alleged properties of adamantium would make it highly unlikely to actually be poisonous, since it would have to be far more chemically inert than titanium (yeah, Wolverine's writers aren't biochemists, go figure). The real issues would be autoimmune sickness (from it impeding marrow production/function) and traction (how do your ligaments attach to it) and weight (from it being much heavier than normal bone).

So you'd want super disease resistance/immunity perks and enhanced strength perks.

>and other overpowered aliens cannot be accesed.
>You can modify the Omnitrix to gain access to the features that aren't unlocked (besides from the ability to turn into OP aliens)

The jump-maker decided to apply (literally) arbitrary nerfs, so you have to read his mind and assume that anything useful is banned.

Some things that are common to a lot of aliens that I, personally, consider "OP" are: any form of enhanced regeneration, self-sustenance (to the point where it can emulate limitless stamina), physical strength over 25 tons, and enhanced speed over mach 1. You can probably assume at the very least that you won't be able to scan anything that can move mountains.

There are maybe a few reasons why it wouldn't be. For one, Animorphs is explicitly unable to copy plant DNA. The Omnitrix doesn't share that limitation. Also, there are a shitton of things in Ben 10 that have DNA even when they shouldn't necessarily, like sentient nanomachines and golems. Of course, there are few settings where literally everything has DNA, so that feature is not as useful when you leave.

Yep, that limitation is a real problem, I suppose.
>Also, there are a shitton of things in Ben 10 that have DNA even when they shouldn't necessarily, like sentient nanomachines and golems.
Irrelevant. They have DNA, they're not plants, they can be morphed. Visser 3 morphed into a stone-like monster in the second book. Not a problem.

I don't even know why that 'no plants' rule exists, when it seems like the actual problem is a lack of any kind of nervous system. Was the 'no plant DNA' even a canon limitation?

Outside of Ben 10, this would probably include the likes of the Watchers from Marvel, and Golden Age Kryptonians (pic related). Well, from my point of view all life is just a sufficiently complex conflux of energy, so I actually don't distinguish between humans and AIs. As a matter of professional craftsmanship, I prefer to work with pure energy or aspects of reality to ensure little things like universal heat death won't end my creations. The infomorphs/memovores, the Vashta Nerada-like swarms of trans-Humanity, the microverse-aggregates and the machine-cherubim-cities all reflect my typical design philosophy. Most of what I make has something like a soul to ensure it's eternal on some metaphysical level, though.

Free will's terribly unpredictable, though. The FIRST pet I created for the crew of the Angela was my attempt at trying to splice Toriko's GOD with the Genesis Frog's paradox slime and Great A'tuin's essence.

Unfortunately it saw a tasty sun, jumped through the airlock and I had to go fish it out of a black hole. Everyone also agreed it was impossible to potty train.

Which is why I went back to making Lavosi spliced with SCP 999's plorts, which are adapted to feed off the crew's cosmic energy.

And therefore do not need to be potty trained.

Ah yes, the run of the mill buddy cop show that pairs up a straightforward lady cop with flirty bad boy #66 who just so HAPPENS to have the same name as a certain DC comics character. And knows a few people with similar names to said character's co-stars.

Watched one episode. Dropped it.

It's a bit unclear as to whether it's a reboot or not, but I think it's more likely that it's a sequel and they just ignored the first movie for whatever reason.

The world building is a bit sparse, but I think I can manage. The planned origins so far are Priest (based off of Moreau in SoV), Demon (based off of Blackout/Blackheart/the elemental demons from the first one) and Rider (based off of Ghost Rider, naturally) with Drop In being based off of the Devil/Mephistopheles/the Anti-Christ kid.

Surprisingly enough just kidnapping her at the Citadel when she's about to carry out her finally orders would probably lead to her just using her murder-suicide nuke technique on you as well.

Honestly winning her loyalty would be something of a challenge, she's a fanatic for Maximilian who was willing to intentionally die for him and fanatics are extremely difficult to convince of anything they do not already believe in.The 300cp noble perk which makes you a master of politicking, which could help by using your connections to expose the research center's ties to Maximilian to her or the 300cp drop-in perk which grants incredible charisma would probably be incredibly useful in convincing her.

That being said there are several potential ways you could gain her friendship/loyalty in the jumper. Choosing her canon companion option would obviously help in this regard because it guarantees she know you more than as just a stranger.

The likely easiest way is to choose the Imperial soldier origin and the Valkyrie power. These combined with each other most likely mean that you ended up in the same research center as Selvaria when you were kids and likely were recruited by Maximilian in the same way. This means that you two have a very close friendship and when the times comes you could more easily convince her that Maximilian is just using her and with some friendship or charisma perks convince her to either help dispose of Maximilian, defect to Gallia, or just run away from the war zone.

Well, you're not wrong. Marvel has been slowly downsizing mutants and X titles in favor of InHumans. The big thing holding it back is that AoS hasn't really performed the way they would have liked, so they're hesitant to pull the trigger on an InHumans movie. If they were to do that and if it was successful, don't be shocked if X titles just slowly fade off into the sunset.

If You have other origins besides these then it is going to be a bit of an uphill battle. The Valkyrie power would be a great help in talking with her because as one of the only 2 Valkyries around, Selvaria does not know about Alicia yet, she would think you know about the burden she bears more then anyone.

Regardless If you show to her that you are a caring, kindhearted person, how you are going to do that while she's trying to fill you full of lead or Valkyrie blast you into dust is a different problem but I'm certain a jumper is at least good at dodging or tanking. Perhaps importing a companion as a Imperial noble and having them dig up the dirt behind Maximilian and the research center and then sending it to her could shake up her fanaticism in him.

Finally when it comes time for Selvaria and Squad 7 to fight in Ghirlandaio make sure that you are there as well. Once Selvaria is defeated you could talk to her and tell her you know about the Valkyrie's suicide nuke ability. Then you should call upon your inner shonen hero and give her a long inspiring speech about how life is worth living and anyone that would command her to die is someone she should not die for. Convince her and she'll freeze up in indecision, if you didn't convince her I hope you can tank a magical nuke in the face. Once you talk her down there is the small mater of the fact that Damon and the Gallian army is on their way and he most likely will send her straight to the gallows/ whatever execution method they have in Valkyrie Chronicals Unless you think that one hentai will happen. You'll have to either fight off the army, not recommended because they are kinda needed a bit, or find some way to run away with her.

Or you could just do it the easy and lazy way and knock Selvaria out and take her away from Ghirlandaio, Selvaria won't use the nuke unless she can actually take out the main army.

Cybernetic and robotic life has always fascinated me, along with artificial intelligence. So I usually thinker with that kind of creation, though occasionally I branch out.

Cheer-Bots I've talked about before. They were an early attempt at creating a halfway point between true AI and merely well programmed machines. It did not end well, but taught me a number of lessons.

Then there was my dragon-styled junkbot mech turned power armor and eventually temporary Companion. He amalgamated his own AI from the multitude of less advanced systems I had installed in him over the decades. He came with his own set of lessons, such as the importance of a personality to filter intelligence through.

My last major act of creation in the previous chain was the Valkyrie project. Extremely well programmed robots, not true AI, but they could fake it very well thanks to that Scott Pilgrim perk. They were designed as disaster relief, collateral damage containment, and could operate as fire fighters, trauma surgeons, and temporary relief works. I had planned for a more advanced version capable of grief consoling, but few people responded well to early models so it was scrapped.

All of the above?
I shell out what are effectively Jackbots from Xiaolin Showdown en mass any time I need an army. They are not hard to cobble together.
I've also made knockoff SIR units, and I'm pretty sure I've got a couple Egg Pawns lying around.
Of course, I can make better stuff, too. Sometimes I make specialized "Mini Gundams" for when I actually want them to succeed at stuff in a professional way.

In terms of biology, there's the goats, of course. Goat Queen from Goat Simulator, plus Chi from Legends of Chima.
I'm also adept at creating Beastmen, from TTGL, and have a wide range of biological and cybernetic expertise, so there's a wide range of possibilities. I can make my own monstergirls and monsterboys, if I want.
During Worm I went for more of a monstrous aesthetic, trying to emulate the biology from RPGs and the like. Chimeras the likes of which you'd see in Final Fantasy, Fullmetal Alchemist, Mother 3, Dragon Quest, that was the kind of thing I was into then. It just seemed to mesh well with the setting.

I made AIs a couple times, keyed to be able to hop between bodies via wireless. They're usually made to take advantage of that in some way, for managerial or boss fight purposes. That's how I made a "recurring boss" for Saitama, actually.
Didn't work out too great.

Lately my soul research has also made great strides, so THAT's pretty interesting. Lots of avenues for experimentation there.
I've been thinking about doing a pastebin, but... lazy.

Mercenary work, ahoy! I basically spent these ten years doing exactly what Kim does, with the exception of having a bumbling sidekick (Miranda was my tech-girl/handler, and Bigby went off to walk the earth and get acquainted with a modern world, only really getting back to us towards the end of our stay here. He's a bit of a lone wolf.).

Surprisingly, I didn't actually run into the main cast that often, and I even ended up getting my own cast of rogues, including an ancient society of ninja dedicated to making sure that I was pantsed at least once a day (apparently it was a part of some sort of weird prophecy thing).

Also, I'm going to switch over to rolls; I want to take things slowly, so I'd rather stick to the lower-power settings for now. (For reference, I've taken PMD, Scooby-Doo, Infamous, and Van Helsing before this.) I'll need eight to start off with.

You'd be right but not because it's "cartoon hulk".

Remember marvel is a "consistent multiverse" (that's hard to say without laughing), so any version of hulk is going to be similar in capabilities.

That said Shazam is stronger than any version of the Hulk other than World Breaker and unless your jump's hulk option also grants Banner's "issues" you'd be offering Cho level strength instead of Banner's bullshit.

As I said it is hard to say without laughing, Marvel is supposed to be a singular consistent multiverse. This is really complete bullshit as all capeshit is inconsistent as all hell but in the case of Marvel it the difference in power levels is USUALLY the normal capeshit inconsistency rather than an actual difference in the power levels between media.

...?

Anytime all the drawbacks are too painful or uninteresting. I'm one of those people who likes drawbacks to create opportunities for stories, and some authors disagree.

Sometimes I also just don't want a lot of stuff from a jump.
This has ironically led to a few times where I really wanted to take a drawback, but couldn't find anything I wanted to spend the extra points on.

As a recent example, I'm kindof just cobbling together a plain build for the Spiderman Trilogy. It's a perfectly fine jump, I'm just not super into Marvel, nothing is giving me ideas for stories, and nothing strikes me as particularly must have enough to warrant more than the base thousand.
It's not really even worth posting. I'm just going to be a wandering hobo, like all the other Marvel jumps I've been in.
My Marvel jumps are kindof boring.

Taking a broad look at it I constantly move around from place to place regardless of if it is safe or a hell hole. Having no permanent residence, unable to hold down a job, and constantly disappearing from one spot to another. I carry with me a practical junkyard of odds and ends, some practical and some not meaningfully so to casual observation. People either focus in on me or ignore me, and I seem to find trouble most places I go to. I scrounge together meaningless bits in abundance to trade in for things I want or think I want, even if they don't really help my life out beyond short term bliss.

...So yes?
