>Do guns exist in your setting?
Yes, but they're essentially smoothbore coachguns.
Gunpowder in the setting has existed since the stone age though since it essentially just comes from grinding up normal rocks you'd find on the ground.

Make them less fangled and more like the ones used in the time of plate mail and they fit quite well. I like to have orcs and goblins use them a lot, as they arnt to worried about safety and it doesnt rain much in caverns.

Most combat in my setting and system is done by black power firearms so accuracy and damage are the same thing. Cuts down rolling.

Fantasy orcs, not 40k orks? Maybe something like the very early firearms, something pretty primitive and roughly made, with safety being low in importance. If it explodes, the victim's mates get laugh at him.

Gunpowder loading: Because of the unique process required to load this weapon, after a ranged attack has been made with this weapon it cannot be used to make a ranged attack with again until a creature uses an attack to load the weapon.

Gunpowder ammunition (property): The ammunition for this weapon is drawn when performing the loading action, not when performing an attack, and you cannot recover ammunition after a battle. All other effects of the normal ammunition property apply.

Gunpowder ammunition (20) 10 gp 3 lb.

The general Idea is that gunpowder weapons are burst weapons that deal about 1.5 to 1.75 times the damage of a normal attack but then require a second attack to fire again, thus making a single gunpowder weapon's total dpr lower than normal weapons. BUT that damage is of course frontloaded AND more importantly, they're pre-loadable. Meaning that characters can either switch between multiple gunpowder weapons or switch back to normal weapons to rather significantly increase their damage output.
Now as you might already see I'm pretty sure this would be majorly overpowered in a vacuum, but the idea is that it's balanced out by a lot of the aspects of the way I'm going to run the campaign(s) I would use this in. I really try to not shower my players in gold so that getting all their best possible basic equipment still feels like an achievement and gold doesn't just become meaningless. I'm hoping that the relative rarity of gold and the investment required will mean that gunpowder weapons become a expensive but worthwhile investment should a player want to.

I am fascinated by old styles of firearm that existed before science had sussed out a proper "gun shape" ie the musket and its evolutions henceforth. You had weird tubes, tubes on poles, squat and wide tubes with a pistol grip, it seemed like anything could be a gun if you put a barrel on it. Post and discuss this sort of thing.

I use gunspears and poleguns in my setting. Basically, I added a handgonne option, and one of my players pointed out that, if you strengthen and enlongate the shaft, there's really nothing stopping you from sticking a halberd head on the end of it other than balance, thought it was neat as fuck and made it a thing, A famous paladin uses a custom gunspear as his signature weapon and symbol of the Church; a bombard built around a cross-shaped winged spear, much like Ornstein's.
