What is the best chemical weapon in a physical melee combat? something that stuns your opponent completely? and in the long term removes all their muscle tissue?

I don't know if I would want to risk using a chemical weapon in a melee. You usually don't want to be near your target when using a chemical weapon.

Hydrochloric/Nitric acid. Throw it in their eyes.
It'll react to form a salt and a gas, as well as expel a lot of heat. It's going to really fucking hurt, and permanently blind them.
