Hi,
Do you have any litterature on this ?

I'm not seriously talking about axioms like in math but a bunch of statement that will be pretty hard to demonstrate and pretty hard to argue about too.

Something on which we can build upon other things

1) Policy should favor the collective over the individual

Pretty easy to argue about this :
For instance if you assume that all individuals aren't equal in worth. Some individual might be so superior in worth that the collective doesn't really matter.

Polsci doesn't have axioms, it has ideologies, which are like axioms but with a soggy crust.

The collective is worth the sum of the individual worths.

Yeah just derive everything from the NAP who cares about the real world we need to be principled. Then rail about the gommies inventing an ideology that only works on paper.

Political theories hinge on generalizations of human nature. Thus any axioms you derive will be based on initial error.

Celine's Laws
>National Security is the chief cause of national insecurity.
>Accurate communication is possible only in a non-punishing situation.
>An honest politician is a national calamity.
Also pic related is an important primer for any contemporary political analysis.
