well the factory portion is going down the tube, as factories shut down or move overseas. that's just the trend these days. petroleum is gonna hold strong until the next big energy source comes on. other areas are going to grow though. chemical engineers involved with energy (solar, etc) or nanotech are looking good

a lot of indians are get degrees in Comp. sci. but they only know little of the language, but they know some of everything.

so when at an interview they look like they can do everything, but when they are hired they suck at the job. slow, always asking questions, have no sense of what they need to do.

they get 3 year degrees.
