/sci/ I've been looking at my highschool grades from past years and I've seen something strange.

In Math:
Grade 10: 55%
Grade 11: 56%
Grade 12: 90%

I obviously understood all the concepts because Grade 12 mathematics builds on math 10 and 11,
so why is it reasonable to say 55% when in reality I understood every fucking thing that was going on.

Enlighten me to why we use this flawed grading system

It's because you didn't feel like giving two fucks when you were learning easy crap in a room full of dumbshits. But most likely, there's not enough information for us to tell why at all. You figure it out.
