You can't shrink atoms so it's not possible.
For full blown giantess fetish shit you'd have to build a small robot doll with a computer that can process about 10^18 operations per second in a very small area - think a cubic centimeter at most - and then transfer your sense of self into the doll (assuming it's just the connector that matters). This is science fiction and probably will never happen anyway even ignoring the philosophical problems of uploading minds into other substrates.
The actual future is a genetically modified species of small males and tall females, but it's not this extreme. Men will be like 4 feet tall and women like 6'5" or so.
