How do different areas of the brain differ anatomically? Are they all neural networks?
If so would it hypothetically be possible that one part of the brain takes pver the part of another?
For example could the auditory area which goes unused in a deaf person be trained to assist the frontal cortex?
Efficiency isn't my concern just theoretical possibility.

You won't develop normally without sensory inputs.

yeah say with unlimited ressources. the best meditators with every overactive or underactive brain region guided by the best neuroscientists giving them the best nootrooics and practicing every day.
I feel like this could be a thing but it's so difficult to express what I mean to a google search.
