It can only look away from the Sun, so Moon, Venus and Mercury are a no. Why would you use it for Mars when there are several satellites orbiting it.

If they wanted it for espionage, feel like that purpose would have been urgent enough for it to be completed and launched fairly quickly.

i wouldn't call zoomers adults. the idea that people are "adults" because the government claims the right to use them as cannon fodder is plainly a fallacy. people who are still in school are not adults, adults are people who have outgrown childhood and have proceed to the next phase of life as contributing members of society. people who don't go to college join the adult world at a younger age than the people who choose to stay in school like children to an advanced age.
you know those kids who, as babies, weren't able to learn to walk and talk at as a young an age as they were expected too? those developmentally delayed kids all also stay in school for longer than people with more rapidly maturing personalities

JWST is in Sun-Earth L2 and cannot face inwards. That automatically eliminates all the inner planets (Mercur, Venus) and also our Moon.

to answer OP: I know this is 4chan but this is also /sci/, so do a minimal bit of effort before poasting here.
But I'll answer you anyway. JWST is meant for the infrared and you did note Pluto so, yes, Pluto does look good for this. As do cold moons like those around Uranus. Triton too.

no, it's angular resolution is too poor for that use. jwst has roughly the same ability to resolve detail as hst. that was not the original plan for jwst, it was supposed to have been a lot better than it is, but sadly it is not, due to the incompetence of the people involved.
