it is the other way around. people in more rigorous fields are constantly mocking and belittling people in softer fields. there isn't really any serious initiative to tell physicists that physics or math or chemistry are themselves racist. they're just sometimes saying that their hiring practices are supposedly biased or excluding certain demographics or whatever. be that true or false, inclusivity and reduction of bias is a good idea for any field. you want to hire the best people regardless of their background
