which is your preference and why?

two step program for scientific discovery works best

>Fuck around
2
>Find out

the scientific method is deeply flawed because it depends on deeply flawed human minds to create hypotheses and interpret data

it doesn't matter how good your method is, it's like having a great car without any road to drive it on and also no fuel in the tank

>>14623152
There is nothing flawed about a tool only because many of its users are midwits.

Honestly you just failed in univerity, and now you are salty about?

the issue is not intelligence, the issue is that the human mind just isn't suited to comprehending anything that isn't in the terrestrial environment we evolved in, or at least has decent analogies to it

>> No.14623261

>>14623254
The issue is that humans make data fit the model rather than the reverse and that this is basically the basedentific method that has given us the Covid vax, the Big Bang evangelium or all the pills for diseases that no one can prove exist.

>> No.14623263

>>14623261
no, that's only one of the easier issues to cope with, it's much worse than that

>> No.14623265

>>14623263
elaborate.

>the issue is not intelligence, the issue is midwits being too dumb to understand abstract theories
Seriously?

>> No.14623270

>>14623265
i did just earlier

the main problem is that we think we should be able to comprehend anything if given the right data or the right model, but that's nonsense and arrogance

>>14623266
yes, it doesn't matter how smart you are, there are things that are entirely beyond your capacity to understand

>> No.14623274

>>14623270
>there are things that are entirely beyond your capacity to understand
Nope

>> No.14623276

>>14623274
yes, clearly you are at the very peak of intelligence possible :)

>> No.14623277

>>14623274
No. I agree with >>14623270. He's absolutely right in pointing out that there are things we cannot comprehend for whatever reason. It's pure hubris to assume the opposite.

this "soience" does not exist, it is just a misrepresentation of science by idiots

>> No.14623300

>>14623274
same, brain too big

>> No.14623302

>>14622909
I prefer doing soience rather than science, because it’s easier for me to spout political platitudes rather than actually investigate things. And if I spout political platitudes then journalists will credit science nerds’ discoveries to me because I’m on their same political wavelength

>> No.14623308

but if it doesn't exist, then how can it be a misrepresentation that does exist?
