The solution is to change what a human is. We were on our way to speciation, but global travel was achieved and now we are blending back together. By placing a group of humans out of reach of the reproductive organs of the rest of them, we are once again on the path to evolutionary divergence. Scamalanche Energy is going to fail to demonstrate a net power fusion reactor. They claim they've made "fusion" but I could make fusion power in my backyard, and probably produce more reactions if I wanted to with my HV and vacuum junk.
Their "Orbitron" is a re-branded beam-on-beam concept, you need MASSIVE beam density to hope to come close to break even. And they don't even realize this.
From their own website:
>Crossing elliptical paths of ions provide millions of chances of fusion-relevant collisions before the ion loses energy and is moved out of the interaction space as it falls into the cathode and is removed from the chamber.
Meanwhile you need QUADRILLIONS of reactions to get any appreciable power from fusion.
But hey this is what happens when two faggot ex-Blue Origin engineers think they know better than 70 years of nuclear, plasma, and materials physics, eh?

Biden printed a ton of money to pay for his new programs and created the inflation adding . Now the inflation is at ~8.5%. Absolutely trash leadership that doesn't understand financial restraints.

Liberals seem to forget that healthy economic is needed to fund the prosperous social policies and not the other way around.

So it was not (BI reaches out -> musk says he will vote republican and will be attacked for it) as the narrative has been tried to be spun. He has talked about far left crazy shit for a long while now, and actually coming out and talking explicitly about voting republican (and talking how shit california is in general in the interview) is probably what triggered this smear job. This might actually be a threat to them now, I don't know if Musk will tip the scales towards the republicans favour, but I mean it won't be helpful. The current administration has alianated a lot of SpaceX/Tesla fans already, many of whom probably were democrat, and now might be "indpendent".

Its just a PR issue, but the fundamentals will continue to drive them forward now, even if there's short selling pressure. At that end, what will happen is Tesla will reap in lot of profits and just buy back the stock at lower value and simply build up their positions internally. They're playing the production/hardware rich, real economics game that will push them forward faster and faster.

Just one of the Falcon 9 engine was damaged a little when its engine fairing was damaged by the maxQ, which prompted the loss of pressure and was shutdown as a result. The 8 other Falcon 9 merlin engines worked just fine.

There wasn't any danger to CRS-1 Dragon itself nor the Dragon thrusters.

Musk is actually playing 4d chess here, hear me out:

1. Mars will be primarily colonized by people from US higher social classes.

2. Quite a few of these tend to be wokes or various far leftists. This is an issue because this may set the character of the entire colony due to founder effect.

3. Musk knows this and does not want his colony to become woketopia.

4. He consciously tweets and says things to alienate the wokes and leftists.

5. Their proportion among SpaceX colonists will decrease, a great success.

having one in a shuttle tank wet workshop makes sense, honestly.
besides the fact that NASA themselves claimed that it had more volume than they knew what to do with, the shuttle was such a piece of shit that fully outfitting the whole tank would have cost a fortune, as would the station's year-to-year operations even after completion, since it'd require a shit-ton of launches (by the shuttle's standards) each year to keep the whole thing running.
converting most of the tank into a glorified gymnasium shouldn't require anywhere near as much effort.

In the proposal they explicitly state they use a second starship to return to lunar orbit/ gateway.

IIRC the starship HLS isn't intended to ever return to earth and I'm not sure if the plan is for it to be refueled at gateway or if it's replaced with a different HLS for the next artemis mission
But if it is replaced this would be an efficient way of recycling the HLS after it expends it's available fuel.

>Maximum Faggot had some good designs but they weren't any more of a plane than anything else that has been posted
I never said it would be a good plane but the wings as shown would probably generate more lift during subsonic flight than the Shuttle's delta wings and the handling would be greatly improved. It wasn't selected because during reentry it would have a capsule like angle of attack so it didn't meet the USAF crossrange capability requirement. The final design would have likely ended up with much smaller wings because they're fairly useless for anything besides enabling horizontal landing.

Just why? NTP is billed for human Mars missions with the claim that it would reduce transit time, it wouldn't but cargo usually isn't time sensitive and you'd need to add more engines as you add cargo. It wouldn't make sense to assemble Starship into a larger super-Starship because you would presumably lose the ability to aerocapture thus the delta-v required for a cargo transit to Mars would go up from about 6 km/s to 9 km/s. The mass ratio could be slightly improved with fewer engines and a longer burn but it wouldn't be enough to make up the difference. For NTP it's already thrust starved and it's not intended to aerocapture so there would be little benefit there.

More yet, 20 million people don't have access to internet in Brazil. So there's plenty for Starlink to grow. Brazil is mexican tier economy, so they're bound to have ~100K+ well off individuals who want a paradise on their own in a secluded area with a full satellite internet

I think that has always been the goal of Starlink. Many first world countries, where the majority of their population live in urban areas, have much better cable or fibre internet for much lower prices. Starlink can hardly compete with them.

Considering Musk talkend with ministers/head of state my guess is that he intends to have the governments foot the bill, or at least part of it, the 19k dishes were announced to be mostly for schools, so it already shows that they are working mainly with state institutions
